About

Dan Phair is the founder of Phair Immigration Law. He represents individuals, families, and employers in a wide range of immigration matters. His practice includes removal defense, family- and employment-based immigration, asylum, VAWA, special immigrant cases, and other humanitarian-related immigration benefits. Dan has extensive experience representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigration Court, and the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.

Before founding Phair Immigration Law, Dan gained experience handling complex removal cases, family- and employment-based petitions, appeals, and responses to agency requests. He has more than a decade of prior experience as an immigration attorney.

Dan was admitted to practice in 2009. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2009 from Suffolk University Law School, graduating cum laude with a concentration in International Law. While at Suffolk, he served as Student Note Editor for the Suffolk Journal of Health & Biomedical Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine at Farmington, where he attended on a full tuition scholarship and received the Honors Scholar Award.

Dan lives in Massachusetts with his family. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and flying—he is also a licensed pilot.
